We weren't sure which chapter to make available online first, but Dan Rather solved that problem. In his $70 million lawsuit against CBS News, Captain Dan insisted that the forged National Guard documents that ended his career as a network anchor were genuine. He also charged CBS executives with conspiring with shadowy figures in the Bush Administration to make Rather the fall guy for the fiasco. No, seriously.
